Was expecting a bit more based on the reviews. Ordered the chicken salad but it didn’t have much flavor. Had to add a good amount of salt and pepper.
Staff was friendly and kind. Restaurant itself was clean as well.

Arrived here at 8pm on a Friday evening, hostess opened the door for us. Service was really nice and came to us quickly. The Chicken Fried Steak entree was delicious, the green beans were excellent and were very buttery. The “truck Stop Deluxe Ribeye” was underwhelming unfortunately, it lacked seasoning & did not meet the price price point for what it was worth. The green beans that came with it were delicious though & so were the mashed potatoes. I really enjoyed my espresso Martini and found it to be a great complimenting drink with desserts. My favorite delicacy was the Carrot Cake, but I also enjoyed the Toffee cookie. The desserts and drinks for sure are excellent! Will return again but will try other entrees. This restaurant is worth trying!

We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 38 at The Local a week ago and everyone there loved it. Gaye offered a wonderful selection of dishes to choose from for the buffet. We had Chicken Alfredo with Bacon, mac and cheese, roasted vegetables, fish tacos and peach cobbler for dessert. Everything was delicious! We were seated in the private room off of the front entrance which is elegant and quiet. The serve staff were friendly, professional and served us quickly. It was a lovely evening we will all remember. Thank you!

My husband and I have dined with this establishment twice, both time were wonderful! The staff is kind and attentive. The restaurant is clean, very cozy, and has tons of natural lighting. The food is excellent! We have had their steak, chicken fried steak, pork shanks, balsamic chicken breast, and their appetizers are awesome too! My husband enjoyed a prickly pear margarita and I a Moscow mule. We haven't had anything we didn't enjoy. We highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely place, quite with light music, pleasing to the eye. The food was hot but old like it was recooked.
The chicken wrap h french fries in them, no lettuce or tomatoes, WHO DOES THAT. Carb City. The staff was okay but not " nice or friendly at all".
Call me old fashioned but that is important to me. Wasn't allowed to sit in half of the restaurant. Closed off.
