Above all else, the staff at The Villa made it a special place during my loved one’s recovery in short term rehab. They provide compassionate care. Nicolina and the social work team held my hand every step of the way when sorting through financial resources. With her unwavering support and advice, a highly daunting task became more manageable. Every concern or question I had was addressed promptly and with the most gracious smile, making the entire process easier to handle. Their professionalism and genuine concern for the well-being of my family member truly set this facility apart.

The Villa has exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly very helpful and is doing a great job in taking care of my family member. Generally excellent performance from top tier rehabilitation therapists and medical and nursing team. Other departments also contribute well to the culture.

Professional team is working to improve communications with support Aide Care Team staff further to mirror the work from top performing Aide Care Team support staff.

Questions, schedules and timelines should be reviewed by family on a regular basis to help the communications get to the right place and to check on communications received from Aide Care Team. Attend meals when patient needs assistance.

This was the 2nd rehab center in 3 months due to fall at home and the 1st rehab center. The Villa is more than a 5 stars (Medicare’s highest rating). The multidisciplinary staff was very well trained in acute care and provided a safe, friendly, warm and positive environment.
The recreational department came daily to my husband’s room to bring him (and us if we were present) to facility wide activities
Finally, for 2 months the Therapies Department went beyond the regular exercises in that they were creative in providing physical and occupational therapy under very strict medical restrictions and thereby, decreasing muscular contracture and increasing flexibility and strength.

For the past 3 weeks I have seen profressal, compassionate and kind people..happy with the progress that my friend is making..I had originally posted a 4 star review but as I see the team here and how well they all work together I have to increase it to 5 full stars..I also had another friend that was recently here .he is doing so well now..I would choose the Villa for myself..
