They got busier and busier and the one waitress never wavered. She remained cool and worked her tail off getting everyone served even a $70+ phone order for pickup. I got the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. Did not need the bacon because the portion of biscuits and gravy was huge and absolutely delicious!! Big chunks of sausage in the gravy. Gravy was creamy & well spiced and biscuits were good too. Very impressed!!

Very unfortunate experience at this restaurant. Went for lunch before heading to Boldt and ordered a simple Caesar salad. There was at least one large clump of moldy cheese in the salad. The kids enjoyed their waffles, everything else the table ordered was very disappointing, or moldy.

Came in for breakfast on a drizzly Friday morning in April. Took a seat at the counter; was quickly greeted and supplied with water and hot coffee. Taking a look over the menu, a few items caught my eye. On the server's recommendation, I decided to try the Chicken and Waffles. It was a great choice! The tenders were hand breaded and seasoned to perfection. The waffle was fluffy and had the slightest hint of vanilla. Real maple syrup was provided at no extra cost! A real plus! It's certainly not a budget breakfast but it was worth every penny! I look forward to coming in and trying more menu items soon.

The service was pretty good, but the portions were small for the price. It was over $2 per cheese stick. I don't think I've paid that much per cheese stick in an airport or a big popular city. Soggy chicken. I'm not even sure how it was soggy. There was only 1 other table there.

0 star for the chef, and 5 stars for the one server who had to stepped in and literally made the food so customers didn't leave angrily after waiting for over an hour. We went in August for lunch and 5 tables of customer all waited over an hour before any food showed up. One table the food showed up wrong and the guest who ordered had to leave her family to get out and get some quick food, because if she reordered she would wait another hour not knowing if she would get the right food. Another table was so upset that the waitress had to make the burger herself and told the customer, then had to not charge them anything because they were ready to leave. We waited over an hour and we just ordered sandwich and taco salad and pasta. I had a hard time understanding why it took more than an hour to prepare a taco salad that was missing the tortilla shell! Then the waitress had to go back and fry that taco shell for me herself! There was another family waiting a long time then the food came but again wrong for the kid, they had to give him a bowl of fruit because he was too hungry. All I can think of was all the chefs were taking naps in the kitchen or they didn't know how to cook and the waitress had to instruct them what to do. This restaurant is just like an episode of Gordon Ramsey's kitchen nightmare. If you want the food that you don't want but had to wait a very long time for it and it's not cheap, meanwhile entertained by how hungry and frustrated other customers are, this is the restaurant for you.

What a little gem! Turkey melt was excellent with REAL turkey and not just lunch meat. For me on this snowy day, the star was the cheddary, creamy, rib sticking comfort of mac and cheese! Leave room for dessert— or take it to go!

My wife and I both got the fish and chips for dinner and then we shared a slice of apple pie. It was delicious (my wife wasn't a fan of the tartar sauce since it was made with sweet pickles rather than dill pickles). We really liked the thick potato chips. The only downside was that we both felt hungry after dinner and dessert, so the portions were smaller than desired. We were also disappointed that there was only one choice of pie available. We got there around 5pm and there was only one other couple there when we arrived and they were just getting ready to leave. One other couple came around 5:30.and that was it for the hour that we were there. It was nice that it was so quiet and easy to get in touch with the waitress, but it was also a little strange to be eating in a restaurant by yourself.

The staff is so friendly. Definitely a hidden gem. Had lunch there and was so good that we returned for breakfast the next day. It was also about $50-$60 for 4 of us, which is super cheap now. Absolutely the best bang for your buck if you’re in the area
