One star is too much..

I was a “new customer”..who moved to PVB months ago..I needed to have my reoccurring meds filled in an area closer to my home—-no problem right?!

Selected A1A Pharmacy..to only learn that “auto refill” “auto renewal” prescriptions prescription made by a doctor isn’t “renewed”, A1A Pharmacy didn't disclosed that fact ahead of time neither. You ran out, you’re out! You have go in person to have your prescriptions manually refilled; and of course they out..A1A Pharmacy didn’t have enough statin to fill a 30 and or 90 day prescription…I’m mean just the basic ones such as the tier 1’s they won’t renewal. While if that’s your stupid policy because and I quote “ we are losing our ass on that” ok! But tell the customer FIRST and BEFORE they walk out thinking their prescription will renewed..and no text message will come with refill notice! The whole thing is ass backwards..

Not sure why every modern pharmacy does not have an issue with auto refill and text notification for prescription ready?

While theirs a lot of policies I don’t agree with..and I move on..but what I don’t live with is unwelcoming..unapproachable and down right nasty and confrontational people, especially people whom are classified as processionals.
I didn’t have an ax to grind against these strangers…I don’t know them. I’m just wanting to pick up my prescriptions..but after being treated in an extremely rude and hostile manner I can NOT in good faith give these people business. Theirs no excuse for unabated rudeness and hostility. They acted angry that I walked in..how dare you disturb us? What do you want!!
The experience from start to finished is so bad..I have no desire to hear an excuse nor apology. They don’t deserve my revenue, and don’t deserve to be in business. Wonder if they treat state regulators in such a manner Beyond awful and unneeded..

Their are way too many “better options” within 3 minutes of this place to dick with them..this pharmacy has forgotten is core purpose.

Fantastic pharmacy! Professional, friendly and very efficient. We had some special requests because we needed medicine compounded for dog in foster, and Pharmacist and staff were great to work with. They called our veterinarian to correct a problem with the prescription, and they had it ready sooner than we expected. I'm very impressed, and we'll definitely be back!

Incredibly accommodating, kind and reasonably priced.
My daughter has allergies which require even the simplest medications to be compounded. We accidentally stumbled upon A1A when our normal pharmacy was closed and we were out of a prescription that we wanted filled. I called right before they were scheduled to close. The amazing pharmacist at A1A offered to stay late past closing time on a holiday weekend to provide/fill the medication because he said “I can’t have a child suffer”.
This kind of customer service and pure kindness is so rare these days. Although the location is a little far from our home, we will be using A1A exclusively from now on. I can’t thank them enough for providing medication for my little one on such short notice.

Jay and his staff are wonderful. Time and time again, they have offered to stay late to make a script for my children. They have gone above and beyond for my family. We live an hour south and have a compounding pharmacy a few miles away but I’ll gladly take my business here.
