Walter installed my new gas furnace. He and his team arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the issues clearly with my old furnace which was 19 yrs old. I highly recommend his company.

We used this company at the recommendation of a friend. We had 4 furnaces, one air conditioning unit, and one water heater installed over the past several years.

The furnaces had various issues and we had to repeatedly contact the company to fix them. After this, I did not want to use them for another property but my husband insisted that we use them because they were cheaper.

The pilot light has sporadically been going out, and earlier this summer it was going out daily. We've contacted them about this and someone comes in, looks at it, does nothing, and then it doesn't happen again for awhile. This summer I got another company to look at it and they said that the wrong water heater with the incorrect ventilation had been installed in the first place.

We've contacted them yet again to try to troubleshoot additional options and now we're being ghosted.

It looks like they've got really good reviews from others, I wish we had the same experience.

Walter was able to come by on short notice. His work was amazing & efficient. Amazing prices & would be able to tailor to certain budgets. My neighbor next door was asking bout possibly getting work done, as soon as Walter finished with our A/C system. Will recommend to everyone & will use his services in the future. We contacted Walter after another company gave us a quote that was far too expensive (the other company was trying to take advantage of us). Walter was great! He gave us an honest quote with different options. We ended up going with a new unit. The work was both very reasonably priced and they did a fantastic job. Everything was cleanly done and they were very respectful of our home and our time. I don't know what to say other than I would refer them to anyone I could! I am extremely happy with my experience and I know that they try to provide the same level to every customer. Highly recommend them and wish you all the best!!!!

Walter was so professional and truly taught us a lot about our ac options. He was very honest, helped us make the right choice and worked with our budget. There is no middle man with this company and I truly appreciate it that, he was very responsive and we had our new ac installed in no time! Very happy with Local mechanical company! We had Walter to our house to service our HVAC units and to also check on a cooling issue in two of our upstairs bedrooms. From the very beginning, Walter was extremely responsive and professional. He sent me an appointment reminder the day before and arrived promptly the day of. On his arrival, he briefly went over what the job entailed and made sure to explain things to me as the job progressed. He was very fair in his cost and thorough in his explanation of the work. Walter is very friendly and was respectful of our home. I will definitely use Local Mechanical in the future and highly recommend Walter and the company.
